How to use brazed plate heat exchanger in heat pump

The plate heat exchanger flow channel refers to the medium flow channel formed by two adjacent plates in the plate heat exchanger. Generally, several flow channels are connected in parallel or in series to form different combinations of cold and hot medium channels. The process combination form should be calculated based on heat exchange and fluid resistance, and determined under the requirements of process conditions. Try to make the convective heat transfer coefficients in the cold and hot water channels equal or close to get better heat transfer effects. Because the convective heat transfer coefficient on both sides of the heat transfer surface is equal or close to the heat transfer coefficient to obtain a larger value. Although the flow velocity between the plates of the plate heat exchanger is not equal, the average flow velocity is still used in the calculation of heat exchange and fluid resistance. Because the U-shaped single-flow pipes are fixed on the compression plate, it is convenient to disassemble and assemble.

The use of brazed plate heat exchangers in heat pumps is generally divided into two categories:

1. Use as a low temperature heat pump jet heat exchanger

Jet enthalpy is a new system composed of jet compressor, jet enthalpy technology, and plate heat exchanger. The combination of these three technologies can provide good performance. This is a whole, that is, the economizer and heat exchanger formed by the jet enthalpy increasing compressor, plate heat exchanger and electronic expansion valve together constitute an energy-saving jet system.

2. Use as a water-fluorine heat exchanger

In the water fluorine system, although the brazed plate heat exchanger has the advantages of fast heat transfer, small temperature difference, and compact structure, it also has the shortcomings of easy structure blockage and freezing corrosion, so the brazed plate heat exchanger is suitable for better water quality Closed system, general groundwater and tap water are not recommended to be used directly. In cold areas or when used as an evaporator, anti-icing protection measures must be taken. The brazed plate heat exchanger of Vic Heat Exchange has a reasonable design structure. It is not easy to freeze, and a thermostat can be added to directly sense the temperature to protect the smooth operation of the heat exchanger.
