After the equipment is in place, when installing the pipeline, all valves, pressure gauges, and thermometers should be installed on the pipeline, and an exhaust valve should be installed at the outlet. Venting should be considered at the lowest part of the inlet and outlet.
When the medium used is not clean, there are large particles or long fibers, a filter should be installed at the inlet.
The working mode of the plate heat exchanger (continuous or discontinuous), the corrosiveness of the heat dissipation medium and the cleaning agent used, the highest working temperature, the highest working pressure, and the elastic sealing due to excessive pressure and uneven pressure The stress of the gasket is large, natural aging, and the softening of the elastic gasket is related to pressure and temperature. When the gasket loses its elasticity, the heat exchanger will leak.
In some products, in order to solve the dripping phenomenon caused by the aging of the gasket, it is allowed to adjust the sealing performance of the plate heat exchanger, that is, tighten the bolts of the combined plate heat exchanger again to adjust the elastic seal between each heat exchanger The pressing force of the pad solves the problem of dripping and leakage. Generally, the maximum and minimum allowable stresses are given on the nameplate of the plate heat exchanger with this function. For new heat exchanger fins, the smallest allowable stress should be used for connection and fixation.
